LAHORE: Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman on Friday said that Pakistan had fought the war against terrorism with courage and determination.
He was delivering a lecture on “Leadership, Education and Society Development” at Rawalpindi Medical University.
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has been at the forefront in the war against terrorism, said the air chief.
Aman further said that armed forces were fully committed to protecting the country.
He also termed the JF-17 Thunder a symbol of pride for the nation and added that the PAF would continue to improve its defence capabilities.
Aman had said that the PAF could shoot down any drone which would violate the country’s airspace.
