LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said on Sunday that the government staged a drama on March 5th in the name of Pakistan Super League (PSL) final, which was played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.
Imran Khan said that the owners of some teams said that their foreign players were not willing to play the final match in Lahore, and even Sir Viv Richards was not happy with inclusion of subnormal substitutes.
It is pertinent here to mention that Imran Khan earlier declared the decision of holding PSL final in Lahore insane.
Furthermore, PTI chairman also claimed that the next PSL, which is due in 2018, will be arranged under his party’s government.
“We’ll invite quality international cricketers, not Railukatay (substandard players)”, Imran said.
